Clover honey, black pepper, cardamom. We were warned this was a strange idea. We did it anyway.
Semi-Sweet Traditional
Rathaus Gold
Orange Blossom honey · Semi-sweet · 11.5% ABV
Orange blossom honey, just a touch of residual sweetness. The house mead. The one everything else gets compared to.
