What Is Rathaus?

Your favorite dive bar decided to make mead.

We are a couple of mead-obsessed people who got tired of explaining what mead is at parties. So now we're building a whole meadery about it. We're not licensed to sell yet, but we're already very opinionated about honey.

Rathaus — German for "town hall" — because good mead brings people together. Also, rats are misunderstood. We respect that.
